▶Grilled Pear Bulgogi
▶ Ingredients
1 large pear, 150g of beef, 15g of beech mushroom, 1/4 onion
Bulgogi sauce: 3 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic, sesame seeds, pepper, 1 teaspoon of rice wine, 1 jujube, 1 spring onion, pine nut

1. Prepare the onion, mushroom, garlic, and spring onion.
2. Cut the pear to make a lid on top.
3. Mix the beef with the sauce and stir-fry together with mushrooms.
4. Put the stir-fried beef inside the hollowed out pear, and cook in an oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
