▶ Ingredients
Beef, chicken. green plum concentrate, garlic, ginger, pepper, pear, house soy sauce, honey
▶ recipe
1. Prepare the onion, ginger, pear, garlic, and leek.
2. Make the sauce with house soy sauce, honey, green plum concentrate, onion, garlic, ginger, pepper, and sesame oil. Mix the beef with the sauce and knead the meat to get it seasoned.
3. Grill the seasoned beef over charcoal fire.and cool in a fridge for 30 minutes.
