▶Sesame Cake Soy Bean Paste
▶ Ingredients
Sesame Cake Soy Bean Paste: 10kg of radish water kimchi, 2kg of meju, 1kg of sesame cake, 1.5L of house soy sauce
▶ recipe
1. Mince the garlic and ginger.
2. Make radish water kimchi with radish, leek, pear, and pickled vegetables.
3. Boil down the radish water kimchi until the broth becomes brown.
4. Add meju, sesame cake, radish kimchi, and fermented pepper to the boiled down broth,
5. Ferment for 25 to 30 days, then separate the sesame cake and meju from the paste.
