▶Spicy Raw Manila Clam Salad
▶ Ingredients
400g of manila clam flesh, 300g of zucchini, 150g of onion, 50g of spring onion, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of roasted sesame seeds
Making vinegar red pepper paste: 3 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of green plum concentrate, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 tablespoon of ginger juice

1. Slice the zucchinis, onions, spring onions, green and red peppers, and sesame leaves into thin strips.
2. Cut the zucchini into strips, pickle it lightly in salt, parboil it in boiling water, then cool it off to remove the moisture.
3. Mix together the ingredients for the vinegar red pepper paste.
4. Put the vinegar red pepper paste into the prepared ingredients, mix lightly, and lastly add sesame oil and roasted sesame seeds.
