▶Grilled Octopus Skewers
▶Ingredients
Octopus, flour, salt, sesame oil, rice straw
Sauce: soy sauce, sugar, starch syrup, minced leek, minced garlic, sesame oil, sesame seed, shredded red pepper
▶recipe
1. Remove the intestines from the head of the octopus, remove the ink, and wash it cleanly by rubbing flour and salt on the octopus.
2.Cook the octopus.
3. Clean and prepare the straw, cut it into strands 25cm long, and tie them together.
4. Put the head of the octopus over the straw skewer, and wrap the legs around the skewer so that it does not unravel.
5. Make the sauce using minced leek, minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar, starch syrup, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and shredded red peppers.
6. Steam in a steamer or roast on a grill.
7. Spread soy sauce or red pepper paste over the cooked octopus, according to your preference.
