▶Gulbi Five Color Cold Salad
▶Ingredients
3 dried and steamed gulbis, 1 white wood ear mushroom, 100g of beech mushroom, 8 asparaguses, 1 red apple, 1 red onion, 3 tablespoons of ginger wine, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
Sauce: 2 tablespoons of green plum concentrate, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of fermented mustard

1. Rip the dried gulbi into conveniently sized pieces, and soak in ginger wine.
2. Slice the red apple into vertical strips and soak in sugar water.
3. Cut the red onion into 0.4cm thick strips following the grain, and prepare the asparagus.
