Discover the value and identity of Namdo gastronomy, its global stature, and its sustainable future at the Theme Exhibition Hall, where you can explore both the present and future of Namdo cuisine.
Under the theme “Flavors Crafted by Time and Devotion,” the pavilion begins with fermentation culture, Namdo’s cooking methods, and the roots of its culinary traditions, that extends to hands-on experiences and exhibits of Namdo’s specialties and major export items such as seaweed and sun-dried salt.
Through modern exhibition techniques—graphic art, circular LED visuals, automata, and fusion performances—the pride and future potential of Namdo’s flavors are vividly conveyed.
Designed as an art-gallery-style exhibition where culture and art converge, the Theme Exhibition Hall goes beyond simply “seeing.” It captivates visitors by allowing them to feel the traditions of taste, learn the stories of ingredients, and experience the future of Namdo gastronomy.
