A unique competition unfolds, where participants showcase their creative culinary skills using Namdo ingredients and jang (traditional sauces).
In collaboration with the Korean Food Promotion Institute, preliminary Korean cuisine competitions were held across 13 countries—Europe (France, Spain, Romania, Ireland, Türkiye), Africa (Nigeria), the Americas (USA, Peru, Costa Rica, Chile), and Asia (Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong). The winners were invited to the expo for the final round.
These winners will compete in the final round using Namdo ingredients and jang, while also joining a six-day, five-night workshop program, including experiences at the Namdo Culinary School, to learn and study Namdo cuisine firsthand.
