The Global Korean Cuisine Forum serves as a platform to promote Namdo cuisine and Korean cuisine to the world.
Hosted and organized by the World Korean Food Association, the forum brings together over 100 stakeholders in Korean cuisine from 32 cities across 20 countries—including Europe (Spain, the UK, France, Hungary), the Americas (USA, Canada, Chile), Oceania (Australia, New Zealand), and Asia (Nepal, Taiwan, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Indonesia, Japan, China, Cambodia)—to discuss the global development of Korean cuisine and strategies for cooperation.
Led by President Lim Jong-taek (re-elected, aT Global Kimchi Ambassador, and Chairman of the Western U.S. Korean Cuisine Globalization Association), the forum introduces Namdo’s competitive ingredients and processed foods to the global market, while exploring the global stature and future direction of Korean cuisine.
