Cooking classes and lectures with Namdo masters and renowned figures are held daily during the expo.
In the program, participants cook with natural ingredients from Namdo, learning and experiencing its culinary culture firsthand.
In addition, lectures by culinary figures such as Michelin-recognized Chef Choi Hye-yeong, young farmers, and emerging chefs provide insights into the history, philosophy, and future of Namdo cuisine.
