In each session of the Namdo Master Chef Food Show, one master chef takes the stage with a host to share the stories behind ingredients and dishes, cooking secrets, and the cultural significance embedded in Namdo cuisine, all in a talk show format.
A total of 12 masters participate, and their cooking process is shown in detail on a large screen in real time.
Through special events, 30–50 visitors in each session will be offered tastings, allowing them to experience the flavors of Namdo’s rich ingredients and traditional cuisine, and to fully appreciate the depth and delicacy conveyed by the masters.
