At the K-Food Recipe Development program, visitors can discover new menus researched and developed directly in Jeollanam-do, presented live at the expo.
Through live demonstrations and tastings, visitors can directly assess the potential success of new Namdo culinary menus. They can experience the finalized recipes at the K-Food Industry Pavillion booths (open for 12 days) and at the Cuisine Event Zone cooking booths (open for 4 days).
Visitors go beyond simply observing—they actively participate in the recipe development process through tastings and surveys. Prototype displays, promotions, and various participatory events take place at the K-Food Industry Pavillion, while recipe tastings and surveys are held in the Cuisine Event Zone.>
This unique experience ensures that visitors’ feedback and opinions directly contribute to the creation of new Namdo culinary menus.
