NICE 남도국제미식산업박람회

The Culinary Showcase Competition brings together authentic tastes and cultures from across Namdo, all in one location.
Representative dishes, created with distinctive local ingredients and cooking methods, are displayed for visitors to experience Namdo’s cuisine and traditions with all five senses.

The competition is judged over three days through on-site evaluations, assessing dishes based on their unique qualities, regional characteristics, taste and aroma, texture, creativity, marketability, storytelling, and presentation.
Visitors can view the displayed dishes, hear the culinary stories of each Namdo region, and appreciate the diversity and depth of Namdo gastronomy.
