▶Ingredients
Croaker flesh, salt, pepper, flour, egg, red pepper, small green onion, cooking oil
▶recipe
1. Cut the red pepper into thin round slices, and cut the small green onion into 2 to 3cm long strips.
2. Whisk the eggs.
3. Put flour on the seasoned croaker flesh.
4. Put cooking oil in a heated pan, and make pancakes with the floured croaker flesh.
