▶Ingredients
Beef, rice cake sticks, squash, ginseng, paprika, king oyster mushroom, pear, onion, oligosaccharide
Prepare squash, paprika, oyster mushrooms, ginseng, and 10 rice cake sticks.
▶recipe
1. Cut the beef into wide slices, put glutinous rice powder on them, and make into rolls.
2. Put pear, onion, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, pepper, and oligosaccharide together to make the sauce.
3. Boil the sauce with the broth in the pan and braise the beef rolls.
4. Cut neatly and serve the pieces on a plate.
