Hooker Chive Boiled Duck – duck, hooker chive, leek, water dropwort, wild sesame leaf, mushroom, dried acorn jelly

1. Make a broth using the medical herbs and various ingredients, then put the duck and the hooker chive roots in the broth and boil.
